మార్కాపురంజిల్లా పొదిలి రధంరొడ్ లోని ఆర్టిసి షెల్టర్ వద్ద టిప్పర్ ఢీ కొని చిరుకురి రవి అనే వ్యక్తి అక్కడికక్కడే మృతి చెందిన సంఘటన చొటుచేసుకుంది.

స్దానిక అదే రొడ్ లోని ప్రైవేట్ పాఠశాలలో పిల్లలను వదిలి పెట్టి ఇంటికి వెళుతున్న సమయంలో ఈ సంఘటన చొటుచేసుకుంది.

టిప్పర్ అతివేగమే ప్రమాదానికి కారణమని స్దానికులు చెపుతున్నారు.

ఆర్టీఓ కార్యాలయ ప్రాంగణంలోకి సీజ్ చేసిన హార్వెస్టర్ వాహనాన్ని ప్రవేశపెట్టేందుకు రోడ్డుపై వాహనాల రాకపోకలను నియంత్రించే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్న క్రమంలో లారీ డ్రైవర్ నిర్లక్ష్యంగా,అతివేగంగా వాహనాన్ని నడుపుతూ డీటీఓను ఢీకొనడంతో ఆయనకు తీవ్ర గాయాలై అక్కడికక్కడే మృతిచెందారు. మృతదేహాన్ని పోస్టుమార్టం నిమిత్తం జిల్లా ఆసుపత్రికి తరలించి పోస్టుమార్టం నిర్వహించారు. ప్రమాదానికి కారణమైన లారీని స్వాధీనం చేసుకుని పోలీసులు పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్‌కు తరలించారు. ఈ ఘటనపై కేసు నమోదు చేసి దర్యాప్తు చేస్తున్నామని, లారీ డ్రైవర్ మద్యం సేవించి ఉన్నాడా లేదా అనే అంశంతో పాటు ప్రమాదానికి దారితీసిన ఇతర కారణాలపై కూడా అన్ని కోణాల్లో విచారణ కొనసాగుతోందని. సంఘటనపై సమగ్ర దర్యాప్తు చేపట్టి, చట్టపరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని జిల్లా ఎస్పీ సిరిశెట్టి సంకీర్త్ తెలిపారు.

విధుల్లోచేరిన 15 రోజుల్లోనే ఘటన 

18 రోజుల క్రితమే జగిత్యాల నుండి బదలీపై వచ్చి భూపాలపల్లిలో విధుల్లో చేరిన వెంకన్న అంకితభావంతో పనిచేస్తూ, జిల్లా ప్రజలకు మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ముందుకెళ్తున్న క్రమంలో ఆయన మృతిచెందడం సిబ్బందిని, జిల్లా ప్రజలను కలిసివేసింది. వెంకన్న 2012 బ్యాచ్‌లో ఉద్యోగం పొందారు. ఆయనది మహబూబాబాద్ జిల్లా మరిపెడ బంగ్గా గ్రామం తల్లి దనమ్మ, తండ్రి భద్రయ్యలు, భార్య, ఇద్దరు కూతురులు, కుమారుడు ఉన్నారు. వెంకన్న మృతితో భూపాలపల్లి జిల్లా వ్యాప్తంగా విషాదం నెలకొంది. ఎమ్మెల్యే గండ్ర సత్యనారాయణరావు, కలెక్టర్ రాహుల్‌శర్మ వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యులను పరామర్శించి దిగ్భాంతి వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

జయశంకర్ భూపాలపల్లి జిల్లా చెల్పూర్ ఆర్‌టిఓ కార్యాలయం సమీపంలో జరిగిన రోడ్డు ప్రమాదంలో జిల్లా రవాణా అధికారి ఎం. వెంకన్న మృతి చెందిన ఘటనపై రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వం సమగ్ర విచారణకు ఆదేశించింది. సోమవారం ఉదయం విధుల్లో ఉన్న వెంకన్నను బొగ్గు లారీ ఢీకొట్టడంతో ఆయన మరణించారు. ఈ ఘటన తీవ్ర ఆందోళన కలిగించిందని పేర్కొన్న ప్రభుత్వం, ఘటనకు దారితీసిన వాస్తవ పరిస్థితులను నిర్ధారించడంతో పాటు ప్రజా రహదారులపై విధులు నిర్వర్తించే అధికారులు, సిబ్బంది భద్రతకు తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్యలపై సిఫార్సులు చేయాలని ఆదేశించింది. ఈ ప్రమాద ఘటనపై లోతైన దర్యాప్తు జరిపేందుకు హైదరాబాద్ రవాణా కమిషనర్ కార్యాలయ జాయింట్ ట్రాన్స్‌పోర్ట్ కమిషనర్ ఎం. చంద్ర శేఖర్ గౌడ్‌ను విచారణాధికారిగా నియమించింది. ప్రమాదానికి సంబంధించిన అన్ని కోణాలను పరిశీలించి పూర్తి నివేదికను వీలైనంత త్వరగా ప్రభుత్వానికి సమర్పించాలని ఆదేశించింది. భవిష్యత్తులో ఇలాంటి ఘటనలు పునరావృతం కాకుండా, ప్రజా రహదారులపై వాహనాల అడ్డగింత, స్వాధీనం కార్యకలాపాల కోసం క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో అమలు చేయాల్సిన నియమాలు, భద్రతా పరికరాలు, ప్రామాణిక నిర్వహణ విధానాల్లో మార్పులకు సంబంధించిన సూచనలు ఇవ్వాలని విచారణాధికారిని కోరింది.

భూపాలపల్లిలో విధి నిర్వహణలో ఉన్న డిటిఓ వెంకన్న మృతి పట్ల సిఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తీవ్ర దిగ్భ్రాంతి వ్యక్తం చేశారు. వెంకన్న కుటుంబాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని విధాలుగా ఆదుకుంటుందని సిఎం హామీ ఇచ్చారు. అలాగే ఈ ఘటనపై సమగ్ర విచారణ జరిపి వెంటనే నివేదిక ఇవ్వాలని సిఎం రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి రవాణాశాఖ జాయింట్ కమిషనర్‌ను ఆదేశించారు. వెంకన్న కుటుంబాన్ని అన్నివిధాలుగా ఆదుకుంటామని సిఎం పేర్కొన్నారు.
