The Centre and Arunachal Pradesh government signed a MoU to implement a special development package for Siang and Upper Siang districts.
The initiative comes ahead of the proposed Siang Upper Multipurpose Project (SUMP) and aims to enhance infrastructure, livelihoods, and local resources.
