Hyderabad: Several parts of Telangana are expected to experience light to moderate rainfall over the next three days, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The weather department has forecast scattered showers in districts including Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, and Khammam. The rains are likely to be accompanied by cloudy skies and occasional gusty winds.
The sudden change in weather is attributed to cyclonic circulation and moisture incursion from the Bay of Bengal, leading to intermittent rainfall in various regions. IMD has advised residents to stay updated on weather alerts and take necessary precautions.
The showers are expected to bring temporary relief from the prevailing heatwave conditions in Telangana.
