Vijayawada – In a major push to transform public healthcare in Andhra Pradesh, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has rolled out a comprehensive 30-point agenda as part of his ambitious Swarnandhra Vision-2047. This long-term plan is designed to significantly elevate the quality and accessibility of government healthcare services across the state.
A key highlight of the agenda is the integration of advanced technology and artificial intelligence (AI) into the healthcare and medical systems. The Chief Minister emphasized the need to harness innovation to streamline services, enhance diagnostic accuracy, and deliver patient-centered care—especially in remote and underserved areas.
As part of this forward-looking strategy, Naidu has called for the development of a dedicated Health and Medical Action Plan aligned with the broader goals of Swarnandhra Vision-2047. The state’s health and medical department has already begun framing this agenda, drawing insights from the newly released vision document, which serves as a guiding framework for policymaking and governance reforms.
The Swarnandhra Vision-2047 not only aims at improving current healthcare facilities but also envisions building a robust, tech-driven, and inclusive health ecosystem to serve the future needs of Andhra Pradesh’s growing population.
