Senior Congress leader Kamal Nath has strongly criticized the Madhya Pradesh government over its handling of school education. Citing the latest UDISE (Unified District Information System for Education) report, he highlighted that more than 12,000 government schools in the state operate with only one teacher, and around 9,500 schools still lack electricity. Nath called the statistics a reflection of the government’s negligence and demanded an immediate debate in the state assembly along with urgent reforms to improve basic education infrastructure.
