Nagaland Launches Traditional Cuisine Campaign to Boost Culinary Tourism

To celebrate its diverse culture, the Nagaland Tourism Department has launched the “Flavours of Nagaland” campaign, showcasing local dishes like smoked pork, bamboo shoot curries, axone, and sticky rice.
