Assam ACS Officer Nupur Bora Arrested in Corruption Case |

Nupur Bora, a 2019-batch Assam Civil Services officer, was arrested after a raid at her Guwahati residence revealed ₹92 lakh in cash and jewellery worth over ₹2 crore.

She is accused of facilitating illegal land transfers and amassing disproportionate assets. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma stated she had been under government surveillance for several months.
