Russia has developed the world’s first cancer vaccine, marking a major breakthrough in global medical science.
Anshu Srivastav, a 19-year-old from Lucknow, is set to become the first Indian youth to participate in this vaccine’s clinical trial.
Anshu has been battling cancer for some time, and the Russian government has approved support for conducting an Enteromics clinical trial on him.
The vaccine works using mRNA technology, similar to COVID-19 vaccines. It trains the immune system to identify and destroy tumor cells, offering new hope for future cancer treatment.
