In a significant reshuffle within the Andhra Pradesh Police Department, S. Satish Kumar has been appointed as the new Superintendent of Police (SP) for Guntur district, taking over from Tushar Dudi, who has been transferred to a new role as the SP of Bapatla district.
S. Satish Kumar, who has previously held leadership roles in various districts, is expected to bring valuable experience and a fresh perspective to Guntur, which is one of the most important districts in Andhra Pradesh. Meanwhile, Tushar Dudi, the outgoing SP of Guntur, has been appointed as the new SP of Bapatla. Dudi’s transfer is seen as part of the Andhra Pradesh government’s ongoing efforts to optimize the deployment of police officers based on their experience and ability to handle different administrative challenges. His experience in Guntur, one of the state’s busiest districts, is expected to benefit Bapatla as it also deals with a growing population and its own unique set of law enforcement issues.
