Global IT giant NTT DATA has announced its intent to acquire cloud-native specialist WinWire to accelerate its enterprise AI footprint.
The strategic acquisition aims to help global organizations move past simple experimentation and operationalize production-ready, agentic AI solutions at scale.
By integrating WinWire’s specialized industry knowledge and its deep partnership with Microsoft Azure, NTT DATA plans to capture a significant share of the rapidly expanding global AI infrastructure market, which analysts project will reach nearly $3.5 trillion over the next decade.
