Yesterday retired West Bengal police officers proved that service never stops with uniform. They organized free medical camps in Sunderbans and treated 2000+ poor patients. Night coaching classes started for school dropouts with free books.

During floods and cyclones, they joined relief teams to distribute food and clothes. Blood donation drives collected 600+ units in 48 hours. Senior citizens were guided about pension and health schemes. “Duty never retires” is their message. Bengal salutes these real heroes who still serve society with same dedication and discipline after retirement.
