In a bold move to combat the global energy crisis, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s cabinet has approved a sweeping austerity plan. Starting today, a weekly “No Vehicle Day” is mandatory for ministers, who will now work from home to save fuel.
Furthermore, 50% of the CM’s official fleet has been slashed. The state also introduced a new Electric Vehicle (EV) policy, requiring half of all new government vehicle purchases to be electric, signaling a massive shift toward sustainable governance and environmental conservation.
