The United States and the Philippines are rapidly advancing plans to construct a massive 4,000-acre artificial intelligence and supply chain industrial hub in Clark.
The project represents a key milestone for “Pax Silica,” a Washington-led tech alliance focused on protecting long-term capital investments and securing international digital infrastructure.
Envisioned as Pax Silica’s first AI-native industrial acceleration center, the hub will actively support next-generation manufacturing, advanced semiconductors, and future-ready technologies while reinforcing critical geopolitical supply chains.
