On Wednesday, UP police officers conducted cyber crime awareness campaigns across districts. In Varanasi, Kanpur, and villages, they educated citizens about OTP fraud, digital arrest scams, and fake loan apps.
Senior citizens learned UPI and ATM safety tips. 600+ people got help filing cyber complaints online. Police cyber cell volunteers guided students on safe social media use. “Scam stops when awareness starts” was the message. Today UP police acted as digital guardians, protecting people from online frauds and saving many from financial loss.
