In a massive leap toward sustainable green energy, the Jharkhand government has officially expanded its ambitious mega solar power grid project across five major districts. The strategic initiative aims to generate over five hundred megawatts of clean electricity, substantially reducing the state’s heavy dependency on traditional coal-powered thermal plants. The regional energy department is also actively providing significant subsidies to encourage widespread rural household solar panel installations.
Environmental experts highly praised this robust initiative, noting it will heavily reduce regional carbon emissions and rapidly ensure an uninterrupted, reliable power supply for thousands of previously underserved rural consumers.
