Today UP police officers joined “Harit UP” plantation drive. Over 25,000 saplings planted along highways, schools, and riverbanks. Officers ensured each sapling gets water and protection. Yamuna and Ganga ghats cleaned by police volunteers.
Plastic ban awareness given in markets and villages. Eco clubs formed in 100+ schools with police guidance. Rainwater harvesting demo given to rural families. “Police for Planet” message spread widely. Wednesday showed UP police care for environment too. Greener UP is their gift to next generation.
