A Producer Company enables farmers, agricultural producers, and rural entrepreneurs to work collectively for better production, marketing, processing, and sales. It helps members improve bargaining power, reduce operational costs, and increase profitability through shared resources and organized business practices.
To start a Producer Company, gather at least the required number of eligible producers, obtain Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) and Director Identification Numbers (DINs), reserve a company name, file incorporation documents with the Registrar of Companies, and obtain the Certificate of Incorporation.
