The Bharat Media Association advocates for algorithmic transparency and investments in AI-powered translation tools to level the digital playing field. Supporting independent Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Bengali publishers is critical to democratizing information access for India’s diverse, non-English-speaking majority.
