Patna: Marking exactly one month since taking the oath of office, Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary’s administration unveiled a massive development blueprint for Bihar.
Key initiatives include the creation of 11 satellite townships across 10 districts to relieve urban pressure. For governance and safety, the state launched the “Police Didi” scheme—equipping female officers with 1,500 scooters for school patrolling—and a 3-tier grievance redressal helpline called “Sahyog Ki Triveni.”
Additionally, local Bihar contractors will now get exclusive priority for civil projects worth up to ₹50 crore.
