The Delhi High Court ordered fresh notices to be issued to senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders, including Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia.
The directive comes after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) challenged a lower court’s decision to discharge the leaders in the high-profile Delhi excise policy case.
Because the leaders failed to appear during recent proceedings following a bench transfer, the court instructed the Solicitor General to ensure proper intimation for the upcoming hearings.
