Nagaland University (NU) has officially launched a decisive, week-long signature campaign aimed at combating the rising threat of substance abuse within its communities. Commencing just ahead of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, this vital initiative utilizes a two-pronged approach, combining traditional physically-signed pledges with modernized digital outreach.

Simultaneously, the university is driving robust enrollment for staff and students through the official Nasha Mukti Mitr registration portal to establish a network of anti-drug advocates. The intensive state-wide campaign will continue actively until June 30.
