Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu continue to strengthen disaster management through improved emergency preparedness, modern response systems, and coordinated disaster risk reduction initiatives. The Union Territory is enhancing its capacity to respond to floods, cyclones, heavy rainfall, fires, and other emergencies by upgrading disaster response infrastructure and conducting regular preparedness drills.
Public awareness campaigns, early warning systems, and inter-agency coordination are helping improve community resilience and emergency response. These efforts aim to protect lives and property while building a safer, more disaster-resilient region throughout 2026.
