After retirement, WB ex-police officers became teachers for underprivileged children. At railway stations and slum areas, they run daily evening classes for dropouts. Books, notebooks, and uniforms given free to 250+ students. Many children got re-admitted to government schools. Kids learn discipline, cleanliness, and basic English speaking. Police station visits arranged to inspire IPS and WBCS dreams.
Their motto is “Education is Future”. Khaki may be gone, but these retired cops are lighting the path for many poor children towards a better future.
