In a significant move aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public appeal for nationwide fuel and energy conservation, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma announced the temporary postponement of the highly anticipated Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (GRAM-2026).
The three-day international mega-event in Jaipur was expected to draw over 75,000 farmers, 250 exhibitors, and global delegates.
Government officials stated that deferring the massive event will significantly save fuel on heavy logistics and transit. The state plans to utilize virtual platforms for immediate agricultural collaborations instead.
