● MP reviews progress of ongoing railway works with officials
● Directs officials to expedite pending works and initiate new projects

Medchal Malkajgiri , August 18: Malkajgiri MP Eatala Rajender directed railway officials to take necessary steps to complete the ongoing railway development works in the Malkajgiri Parliamentary Constituency before Dussehra. He inspected the ongoing works along with officials and reviewed the progress of the works already taken up as well as the status of new works proposed to be initiated.
Eatala Rajender visited LC–249 RUB, Janapriya 739 RUB, Loyola Academy ROB–BP–4 and Venkatapuram RUB–BP–5 on Tuesday. Divisional Engineering officials from the Hyderabad and Secunderabad railway zones accompanied him during the inspection. He enquired about the present condition of the works, the progress achieved so far and the details of works that are yet to be taken up.
The MP instructed the officials to ensure that there was no delay in the construction of railway underpasses and road over bridges that directly benefit the public. He directed them to expedite the ongoing works and complete the necessary process for the new works so that they could be taken up at the earliest. He also stressed the need to maintain quality standards while completing the works within the stipulated timeframe, keeping public movement and other difficulties in view.
Eatala Rajender said that efforts were being made to find permanent solutions to railway-related issues in the Malkajgiri Parliamentary Constituency in coordination with the Union Railway Ministry. He said that he would continue to monitor the works and ensure that development projects benefiting the public were completed on priority.
State Executive Committee members Chintala Manikya Reddy, Srinivas Varma and J. Surender Reddy, Urban President Girivardhan Reddy, Division President Ajay Reddy, Mallikarjun, Vijay, Vinay, Uday, Sujatha, Raji Reddy, Venkat Reddy, Surya, Karuna Sri, Anuradha and others participated in the inspection.
